A selection of data-heavy tools I designed for different enterprise clients. I led UX and UI design end to end, from discovery workshops and research to usability testing, before handing over to development. Each one takes a large, messy dataset and turns it into views people can act on: who to look after, what needs attention, and where the trend is going. Client names and data are changed for NDA.

PAX360: Single Customer View

Dashboard

The Single Customer View dashboard gives one real-time view of high-value customers, revenue and customer growth, replacing several disconnected systems. Crew, ground staff and marketing worked from the same picture, with a VVIP list for the day. Designed to be rebranded, it was later offered as a standalone product across clients.

Customer Grid

An RFM grid that segments the whole customer base by recency, frequency and monetary value. The team can see at a glance who is at risk, who is loyal and who needs attention.

Single Pane of Glass

Everything about one passenger in one place: RFM score, tier, travel pattern, current flight, revenue, complaints and companions. Staff get the right context at the right moment to personalise service.

SKYPOINT: Crew Hotel & Transport Manager

Dashboard

Brought crew requests, supplier contracts and spend into one tool for pilots, crew, ground staff, contractors and hotel partners. Budget approvals, missed requests and roster-based forecasts sit at the top, with spend trends against last year below. Won the Best App Award and cut crew response times by 35%.
