Gen AI-based solution to drive the overall Digital Workplace Vision with a goal of tapering ITSM spending. (L&G)
Omnichannel ticket booking experience across end-user touchpoints. (SAS)
Engagement platform using ML saving ~£0.25M annually, nominated for Microsoft Partner Awards, under Design honour category (abrdn).
As a founding designer, created the social video app on Facebook, serving 2.5 million active monthly users, globally. (vChatter)
During COVID, aided the Refenitiv acquisition, by designing communication portal for enhanced collaboration between the two organizations. Increasing viewership to 3M+. (LSEG).
Retail experience tailored for Android-based Point of Sale device - Poynt- (Lufthansa)
Resort booking & resolution management app, reduced MTTR by 30% and resulted in cutting training costs. (Bourne Lesiure)
Developed Single Customer View (SCV) dashboard using RFM scoring, NPS, ancillary consumption, and social influence. Later marketed as standalone product across clients. (JAL)
