Developing a Generative AI-based experience to enhance employee productivity, for a leading UK insurance company. This solution will drive the overall Digital Workplace Vision and Employee experience strategy. My approach involves prioritizing key focus areas by evaluating the existing setup,and conducting qual and quant research. In addition to improving workplace efficiency the solution will significantly reduced IT Service Management (ITSM) spending.

Nominated for Microsoft Partner Awards nomination by customer and my organisation under design honour category.

Designed adoption strategy to maximize ROI of AI initiative, for seamless organizational change management.

Resort booking & resolution management application, I designed, reduced MTTR by 30% and resulted in cutting training costs.

Developed Single Customer View (SCV) dashboard using RFM scoring, NPS, ancillary consumption, and social influence.

SCV is later marketed as standalone product across clients, due to its contextual insights, customer profiling & segmentation.

Created VChatter, a social video app on Facebook, serving 2.5 million active monthly users, globally.

As part of the VChatter start-up's core team, collaborated with founders throughout the product lifecycle.
